Qiub is located on a site of approximately 2,400 m2, on the corner of streets Juan B. Justo and Honduras, with an exit to Humboldt. The building is a tower with five underground levels for parking and services, a mixed-use base for commercial-recreational uses, offices and housing, with a coworking level, on which the office tower itself is located. The offices reach level 27, on level 28 is the accessible rooftop and SUM, and finally on level 29 is the elevator engine room and thermomechanical installations.
