The work was carried out on a ½ hectare site located between Iriarte, Lafayette, and Río Cuarto avenues. The building has a 3900 m2 warehouse for temperature-controlled storage of goods, with two levels of cold storage rooms and maneuvering areas with a capacity for 15 vehicles and 3 loading docks for trucks. Offices on the 1st and 2nd floors, and another warehouse of approximately 1200m2 with double height storage with fire extinguishing system through in rack sprinklers.
